Perceptions
Our perception of the world around us differs from one person to another based on our experiences. These perceptions are stored in our subconscious (or (unconscious) mind as fact.
You are the sum total of your past. Your past experiences will mould your goals and expectations and you will make your life whatever these goals and expectations are – whether good or bad.
Your Life
In your life right at this time, are you achieiving all the results you would like? Or perhaps, you have a behaviour or belief you would like to change.
We all have something in our lives thats bothers us and we often ask why? Most of the situations you are currently in or the feelings and thoughts you have, have been programmed for you when you were a child. As a child up until somewhere between the ages of 7 - 9, your brain is like a sponge and we absolutely soak everything up. Everything we see, hear , touch, taste and smell. These lessons then form us to be the person we have become.
But many of us struggle with some of the values installed in us. As you grow older you may develop different values and ideas that are in conflict with who you want to be and where you want to be in life.
Examples of some states you could be struggling with could include:

- Life Is Hard
- I'm Not Worthy
- I Don't have Enough Time
